Phone self reboots multiple x per day

Hi all,

I have a VZW Gal Nex (stock - Android 4.1.1 - purchased at GalNex launch in 2011).

For last 6-7 months my phone has rebooted at random 3-5x per day. Have been fairly lazy about fixing it, however recently gotten very frustrated with rebooting and extremely poor battery life (partially due to numerous reboots).

Is this a normal VZW Gal Nex issue? Any thoughts on fixes?

Since phone is 12+ months old I assume warranty is not an option?

Wow! A constantly rebooting device is 100% unacceptable. I understand how aggravating this can be and I do apologize. I assure you, we will find a resolution. Based upon the comments provided, it does seem that your device may be having a software issue that is causing the constant reboots. I recommend completing a hard reset after you have backed up all of your desired information.

Along with hanging at the google screen, my phone has just (like yesterday) started to reboot itself. Today while listening to pandora.
