I have noticed lately that I have been having some issues with the phone with making and receiving calls, but the new thing is it shuts off and restarts. Have done hard restarts and checked all settings. Not sure why it would all of a sudden do this. It was doing it at night when not is use but it just started doing while using it.
Hi kbarry27614! Sorry to hear about your device issues. I'm eager to provide as much feedback as I can on this. You and I have the same model device. I've seen random reboots occur in many models. It typically happens when the device experiences memory/processing issues. Like a computer, the device is designed to recognize such problems and reboot itself (or at least recommend such). I see that you've done hard resets already. How long after the last hard reset did this behavior start again?
