Just in case I will be delighted to provide some additional information.Usually when you see an "Android Process" stopping/failing it means the phone has a glitch. This glitch could be caused by a bad update or application. Your contacts are usually backed up either via gmail/backup assistant. You can redownload your apps by visiting google.com/play.
