My phone shuts down on it's own, even if the battery is at 100%. If I look at the battery graph, it shows the battery drops to 0% at the point that it shuts off.
Sometimes I can get it to restart immediately, other times it takes hours of attempts to get it back. I've used all the tricks with the holding down of buttons and the various restarts.
Sometimes when I plug it in, the "Samsung Galaxy S6" splash screen will come up, then go away, come back, go away, over and over. It won't stop that loop until I unplug it.
I have not dropped the phone. It has not gotten wet. It just started happening. This has been happening for 3 weeks now, and it's getting worse.
The phone is a replacement phone from the Asurion program, and I just got this particular phone in December 2015.
