My phone is not ringing, But I get text messages from the same party asking me to answer my phone or call them back. i have galaxy S6 Edge, what gives? I am still paying for this high priced toy. I'm tired of going back and forth between Verizon and Samsung, No one is actually solving this problem.
Hey Verizon, I know i signed a contract with YOU but what about what you agreed to deliver in that contract with me.
We want you to have a fully function device. When did this issue start? What have you tried so far to fix the issue? Does this happen with all calls?
