I have a Samsung Fascinate and when I receive a message with a picture, when I open the picture, it will only stay on the screen for a couple of seconds then it goes away. How do I correct this?

If you are using a third party application to receive your picture messages, please remove the party application and try again. If you are using the native messaging application, a soft reset may resolve this issue. Remove the battery with phone ON. Re-insert battery after 10 seconds and power phone ON. Allow applications registration.
