Pie OS Upgrade

MENDELEYEV3
Newbie

When my Galaxy S9 updated to the new Pie OS, I lost all ability to connect via bluetooth to my various devices (i.e. smartwatch & car).  The phone sees the watch (a Garmin vivoactive) but they are not able to communicate apparently.  I have tried numerous online help searches but nothing is working.  Any ideas on what can be done to either go back to the old OS or get my bluetooth connectivity back with the new OS?

You can't go back to the old OS. Did you try restarting your phone?

with any os update there's no guarantee that what worked, will still work.
