Poor signal at home

My S4 gets little to no signal at home. I have been to the Verizon store numerous times, day on the phone with technicians for hours, to no avail. I have switched SIM cards three times, still nothing. My old Motorola worked fine at my house, but the Samsung goes to 1x when I am at home. Retail store had given me the ultimate run around and refuses to give me new phone. I've been a customer for years and they will not help me. So frustrated. Amy ideas or help???

I can see why this is frustrating for you. It appears that you have done quite a bit of troubleshooting. Although you are in the same location, different phones can have a different type of performance. Does the S4 seem to work better in other areas? Has a resolution ticket been filed to have an engineer check the area? Was a Network Extender mentioned to help with data and calls at home http://vz.to/IHRT6h?

I have had a signal check from the past. The bottom line is that the

current phone I have is useless at my house. Otherwise it works great.

However, since I spend the majority of my time at home, it is useless. I

have been reasonable, followed all directions from Verizon to solve the

problem, and I deserve a new working phone at my house. And Verizon will

not oblige.
