Pre-order Note 9 w/ PayPal

Pre-ordered 2 Galaxy Note 9s (BOGO), planned on doing a payment plan, but ordered with PayPal and now there's a $2100 balance on my PayPal account.

Will that change, or will I be charged 2100 for the phones?

Sidenote: I don't have a Verizon phone number/account yet so I can't login to look at my billing
