Preordered 2 S7 Edges only one shipped out other still pending

I ordered two S7 Edges Silver on 2/29 about a week and a half ago got a message order was shipped after receiving order you only shipped one of the phones out and the other is still pending. When will I receive my other phone? Is it common to half ship orders that are ordered at the same time? Just wish there was more info rather than just pending maybe like out of stock or shipping soon.

Does it show the one phone as not shipped in the order system?

Correct it shows one phone as shipped with all the info and I've received that one already the other one shows "Your order is currently being processed. Please check back later."

If you had two different colors, the supplies might be different for each color.
