Preordered the S8 on the 30th, still has not shipped?

Preordered the Orchid Gray s8+ on the 30th as soon as preorders were available and my order still says it is processing. Called support this morning and they said it should be here the 24th? I'm sure it is a first come first serve basis, but I preordered minutes after preorders were available. What gives?

Ordered mine the 17th, and got notice today that it's on it way, scheduled for delivery by the 21st.

I received mine today... can't seem to activate it yet. Probably gonna make me wait til the 21st.
