Any idea when VZ will lower the price on this phone? It's been sitting @ $199 for a long time. I thought once thay starting selling the iphone, this one would drop in price??

2 year price is $39.99. I would imagine the reason this phone hasn't lowered in price is because of how powerful it is. With a few software updates you continue to unlock more and more power of the device.
It's currently selling for $49 (with contract) at Target.
I don't know if Target will do renewals or not, but while waiting to fill a prescription Friday evening I looked at the phones.
The X was priced at $199 (weird because I swear it's marked $49 at the VZW stores) and the Fascinate was marked at $49. Not $149. $49. I must have looked at it ten times because it surprised me.
