Problem with text messages being amputated.

When I receive a text message originating from my company's Outlook system, the message terminates midstream when some capacity limit is reached.  However, when some sends me a text message from another phone, the message make break itself into more than one packet or message...but I get the whole thing.  Is there any setting on the phone or in the system that would allow me to get the whole message...even in separate messages, when its sent through Outlook...i.e., sent to my phone at xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com?  Outlook itself doesn't chop the message...I already checked on that.  Thanks.

Messages sent via vtext.com are restricted to 160 characters of plain text. Have you tried using vwzpix.com to send them as a MMS message instead. This would allow for longer messages in one group.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
