Problems since update.

I've been having a whole bunch of problems since the update. When I go to delete a picture or song that I recorded, or pretty much anything, my phone freezes. I have to force close like every single app. I didn't have ANY problems before the update. It's horrible. I can't answer calls. Everything in general is super slow. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problems and how to fix it. I'm scared to factory reset and lose everything since I can't back it up because it just freezes. Help!

I had some problems after the upgrade but my fascinate never locked up. I am sure Verizon support will tell you to reset. There have been alot of issues reported after the 2.2 update. I would search the fascinate section of the forum and see if any older posts help with the problems you are having.

Are you still experiencing this? If you have not attempted the reset that would be a great step to try. I understand it freezes to the point you are unable to back up, however nothing will be erased from you sd card and if you prepared to save your contacts in the past on your Google account or back up assistance you can retrieve those as well. You can also save your contacts to your sd card if the phone allows you by clicking on the contacts icon>press menu button>More>Import/Export and Export to sd card. Please let me know if this assist.
