Problems with NEW samsung g3

mrsand1
Newbie

Had it for 2 months. dropped calls, have never seen any more then 2 bars (except at a verizon store), anyway, after several trips and fixes, they finally decide to trade my phone. Now I find out the replacement is a 'like new". I bought a new one. I want a new one. Do I really have to take a refurbished phone as replacement?

Mrsand1,

We want you to have a working phone at all times! I am sorry to hear that you had so many issues with your original device. The device comes with a fantastic 1 year manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer will ship a Certified Like New device of the same make and model device http://vz.to/1hzMFXW. The device completes a 100 point inspection before leaving the warehouse. I am confident that this device will work.

Thanks,
