Problems with sending emails on galaxy s4

I am using a Galaxy s4 and have not had very long. I recently tried to send out an email with it and all I get is message that says Send failed.

I am using AOL as my email account and went thru the trouble shooting module and it did not fix problem, I do not have any problems with receiving emails just trying to send one out. Can someone please help me try to figure out what to do.

Have you tried removing the email account from the phone and then set it up again?

Also check the outgoing server settings for the account. It may not be correct. Deleting and re-adding the account as Ann suggested should resolve the problem. If it doesn't, please post the outgoing setting.
