So I locked my SIM card I can't remember the password so now I have a need Puck code. The phone I don't get phone calls on it or anything it's just for other stuff my fingers are too big and this phone I'm using at this moment is way too small for me to see it. I can't get on the My Verizon because it's a phone that's been shut off so I can't reset it there please help me

a-durbin55, I regret to learn your SIM card is locked. I welcome the opportunity to address your inquiry. At present, we can only obtain a PUK code in our systems for an active SIM card. As such, that SIM would need to be reactivated for services to obtain the unblocking key or you can use a new SIM if needing to activate the device for services once more. The SIM lock shouldn't prevent wifi access to a device that's no longer in use but the message itself can be a bit annoying since it usually remains on the device.
