Purchase new S4 from store 4.3?

I currently have an S3 and am very lucky that I have not updated it to 4.3. I am thinking of taking advantage of the 2 for 1 deal on the S4. I am wondering if anyone knows if the S4 that I would purchase in the store suffers from the same problems that S4 owners who got the 4.3 update ota suffer from. Or because the update of 4.3 was factory installed should it work better?

The new phone should have 4.3 installed. If it does then the update was installed on a factory fresh phone and should work as designed. This phone is similiar to your S3 so if you do buy the S4 then put it through a number of tests to make sure everything that your S3 can do the S4 should be able to do. I update my phone to 4.3 and have not had one problem.

A side note I got a flyer from Costco and the S4 is going for 49 bucks with a 2 year contract. One good thing about Costco phones is that you have 90 days to return it instead of the 14 days offered by verizion.
