My boyfriend added a line to his account in August. The rep talked him into a s21 5g that is discontinued, the phone is for me and she told him it was all he was approved for, which is not true and I think it's very wrong to lie to him and have him get a phone that is no longer available and I really hate this phone. & since we can't seem to trade it in we are looking to changing companies. So if you have to get a s21. Don't. My s9 plus is so much better and it's old.
