Random Flashing with new 4.3 update

Question

Just received the new OTA update this morning, and haven't had enough hands on to notice if any of the other issues noted hold true, but the one obvious issue I have encountered is that the flash keeps going off periodically,

I've checked that the flash for the camera is turned off, but don't have a clue what else to check.

The flash is a notification for incoming calls, texts, emails, Words with
Friends....most things that you may be receiving notifications for. I just
posted a fix in another place in message board.
