Randomly Shuts off and Battery Drain

So this problem started today. I was trying to do something on my phone and it restarted. It turned back on, then immediately restarted again. Then a few hours later, the same thing happened. I then decided to call my grandpa and see if it was just the area I was in, and as soon as I said "hey I have a question," there was no response cause guess what, my phone turned off. AGAIN. Well, a few minutes later, I'm not doing anything on it, and I go to look at the time and it's off. I turn it on and then it turns off again. Okay, whatever, I'm kind of mad now. Well, I was just on the phone again, and it turns off! I turn it back on and it turns off again. And the thing is, two out of those times when it turned back on, my phone went from 80% battery to either 15% or 2%. Can I get this fixed?

We want to get your phone running, titanicpotatoes.  Let's try running your device in Safe Mode to make sure that it is not an application that is causing this issue. Please follow these steps http://vz.to/WIJWWw.

I can't even get it to start in safe mode. I've tried about ten times.

Oh no, titanicpotatoes. Safe mode can be a little tricky at first. Is the problem just getting to safe mode or is it because the phone powers off?

I'm having the same issues. Has yours been resolved. I really don't know what to do at this point. I've tried the factory reset and nothing has changed. I can only be on my phone for about 2 mins before it dies and that's with a full battery.
