Verizon Wireless Customer Suppport - How can others get help on other posts? (Sorry to "hijack your post" Harmonious, I thought it may be the same keyboard issue SEVERAL others have been having since same said update, however after reading, it's unfortunately not). i.e. After keying in numerous words they get wiped out by simply keying the spacebar or back button? (Clearing cache and/or data does not work to clear this up). There is a post re: this issue, aptly named "Update 4.1.2 deleting large blocks of text following backspace correction" dated right or around 03/12/13. Thanks!

Hi lnh!

I am sorry to learn of the issues you are experiencing with your phone's keyboard after the latest software update. I also experienced similar issues with software 4.1.2 update and I was able to resolve all issues by doing a factory reset. Please follow the steps at this link http://bit.ly/LfV00q and test. Keep us posted.

I am having the same keyboard issues since the update. My GS3 is so slow bringing up the keyboard and sometimes it doesn't recognize that you are swyping. My phone operated so much faster before the update. Doing a factory reset is not the answer...Hey Verizon, fix this problem!!! I want my fast GS3 back!

Same issue here.  Ever since the update happened.  I've been dealing with this crap for a long time now.  It's ridiculous.
