It seems that the CPU and GPU speed was limited and I did not turn on powersaving mode. Anyone else has experienced same issue?
You might Try and use Wi-Fi if you have it available it should help speed things up, It did for me when I Race using either of my phones which i have a HTC one m8 and a Droid Maxx one other thing Make sure you have well enough Space as RR-3 takes allot to function properly and as updates come out try and update to them.. once they've been out a couple a Days..
