I accidentally deleted my new contacts and text messages when I restarted my phone and I neglected to back it up before doing so. Is there a way for me to view messages or contacts from Monday?

Additionally, when it comes to your contacts, I suppose a possibility exists that it may have been auto backed up and stored online.
