HTC to Galaxy S8 has been heck. Verizon chose this for me when HTC battery went bad. Took me 30 minute to crack first phone. After 4 months of broke Glass screen, I put in a claim and got a new S8, with a crack in it. And the newer new phone doesn't work. Thinking of leaving Verizon because of their policy of not allowing upgrade phone to be shipped to a PO Boxes. Pretty sure I'm done with Verizon. You can't even talk to a live person.
