when ever I call someone or they can me the echo on their end is so bad that they cannot understand anything in the conversation. Can someone help me to get this to stop. Also when I try to call some one the ring tone cuts in and out.?

What a peculiar situation. But you need not worry because we're going to get your S3 under control. First, in regards to the echo, please start by turning off your phone, removing the SIM for 60 seconds, reinserting the SIM, powering back on, and placing a test call. Next, regarding the ringtone, I'd like just a bit of clarification. Because you said when you call out this happens, do you mean the dial tone? Please elaborate.
