Ring tone coming on after setting to vibrate

After 1 call is received, while my phone is set to vibrate only, subsequent calls ring. This happened after the last system update. It is annoying when you need to be quiet. Is there a solution to stop the phone from making noise but vibrating to let you know a call has been received?

We want to be sure your phone is working the way it should. I understand how sounds can be annoying when you want some peace and quiet. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. Is this issue only happening with phone calls or is it happening with all other alerts as well (text, email, etc.)? When this happens does the phone settings show that it is still set to vibrate or does the setting show that it has been changed to ring?
