I bought a ringtone on verizonwireless.com and can't figure out how to actually use it on my phone.
How did you get the ringtone on your phone? Did it come in a text message? Have you downloaded to the phone? Once downloaded to the phone, you can use the "My Files" app to move it from the download folder to the ringtone folder in the internal memory space.
How do you find which folder under My Files the ringtones are in to move them?
If you had downloaded the ringtone from a text message, the file would have been saved in the "download" folder. You need to move them to the "ringtones" folder.
