I've posted and called. There has been no resolution to fix this phone. I would call right now but guess what? I can't make any calls! I can't believe I am expected to pay $1000 for a phone that I cannot use. Something absolutely needs to be done about this situation. Everything has been done to try to resolve the problem including downloading some bogus 3rd party app suggested by a Verizon tech. I factory reset the phone, spent 6 hours restoring all my settings. This whole situation is a joke
