I can't even begin to tell you what a disaster this phone has been since the minute I bought it. I an throughly disgusted with Verizon.
My newest problem is people are getting random text messages from me from 5 years ago. How do I make this stop?
And before anyone asks. Yes the software is up to date. Yes I restarted the phone as well as the people who got the texts. Yes I reset the network. NO I did not do a factory reset and I absolutely refuse to. I think 4 factory resets on a 3 month old phone is a bit excessive.
Also its a bit frustrating that I can't get a text to go through but messages from years ago are being received.
If you have a fix please respond otherwise please dont waste anymore of my time.
