S21 Ultra visual voicemail not working after upgrade

I know the importance of getting the Voicemail working again. Have you tried clearing the cache and data of the app via Settings > Apps> Voicemail> Storage > Clear Data. -Yale

We understand how important it is to have access to your Voicemail. Have you attempted to change your Voicemail password?

I have not changed the password. I can still access my vm using my code on *86. Just not getting visual vm

I thought I replied, but not seeing it. I deleted cache & data.  I powered down, waited a few minutes and powered my phone back up.  I am still getting the same error message.

I do not see the "private message". Problem still exists.  I think it's past time to delete this visual voicemail app. How is this done? If I get a notification of a voice mail,  than I'll check it by dealing *86.

You can downgrade to basic voicemail in your account add-ons. Wait a few minutes and you should be good.

 

At that point, you might try reenrolling in visual. Im willing to bet this would fix any of your issues. Make sure you backup any messages you want to keep beforehand.
