Recent update 8/31 deleted more contacts than I can count. Anyone know how to reverse this? They're also missing from my cloud conveniently.
Good morning, Woulmsb. I'm so sorry to learn your contacts were deleted with the update on your phone. I would be just as upset, and concerned over this.
Please try powering the phone OFF for 2-minutes, and then back ON. When it is back ON, please see if the contacts are restored. If not on the phone, at least in your Cloud.
