S22+ 5G switches to 4G at one location

I have a S22+ that works as intended most of the time, but I've noticed that it drops to 4G in an area that is surrounded by 5G availability. I am moving to a new home in a few months, it is end of the street, no obstructions and fairly newer construction and I have a 5G connection in the road, but when I step onto the driveway it immediately steps down to 4G and stays on 4G as long as I'm on the property. Seems odd, but there isn't anything I can see that would be blocking the signal. Anyone have any ideas?
