Started on 9/9/2022. My phone will go through phases of not receiving text messages unless the phone is restarted. Once restarted, all the missed messages will flood in all at once.

IF YOU USE FACEBOOK MESSENGER YOU CAN SET IT AS YOUR DEFAULT SMS AND YOU WILL GET YOUR TEXT MESSAGES CORRECTLY. THIS IS A WORK AROUND UNTIL YOU GET AN UPDATE WITH AN ACTUAL FIX.
