S22 ultra not receiving group text messages

Hello,  I recently upgraded to the S22 Ultra from S8+. Unfortunately it was brought to my attention that I was not receiving group text messages on 3 separate occasions.  I reached out to chat support in the evening and they recommended clearing cache, restarting the phone etc. I feel like I have tried all options, and became concerned  in my internet searches as most of the information out there points to a known issue with the phone. 

Wanted to see if this is similar to anyone else's experience, or if you have a solution? I am unsure of the next steps to take. I also referenced previous posts, and it seems like there may not be a solution?

Hello, I am not sure what app you are using for your text messages, but if you are willing to tell me I may be able to help with an understanding of what may be happening.

Thanks @SaltyS21U_User  for your reply. I defaulted to the Verizon Measage+ app, but was experiencing the issue in Samsung Messages and Google Messages as well. I ended up calling Samsung (recommended to me) and they identified the issue. Turna out there was a setting that was not turned on during activation. Samsung had me call Verizon and stayed on the line since it was a carrier issue. After being transferred to 2 representatives, the issue was finally resolved thanfully. I appreciate you trying to help me
