I've had my Samsung S4 two weeks and it heats up when I make a call. It's almost too hot to keep on my ear. And my ear (apparently) keeps launching the World Clock and parts of the Settings menus. I know people have had this overheating issue. Verizon support said to take the phone to a service center, but that just doesn't make sense for an issue that many people are having with new phones. Does anyone know a solution?
