S4 notification sound for roaming

My S4 gives me a notification sound every time i get or lose service. My service is weak at home so i hear the notification sound every 30 seconds or so. Depending on what room i am in. How can i shut this off? The only thing i can do is silent all notification sounds. Then i dont hear a sound when i recieve a text. The roaming option is grayed out on my networks screen.

Are you seeing a roaming indicator icon on the phone when this happens? How long has this been happening? Does this only happen while at home? What's your home zip code?

Make sure the data roaming is set to Deny data roaming access. on the phone http://vz.to/2cwnMm7 and see if the notifications stop. Keep us posted if you need further assistance.
