S4 voice recognition - how to improve?

Brand new S4, I've had it for 6 days. It's the worst voice recognition I've ever used for calling contacts. I have been using a bluetooth headset since they first became available, with 4 different cell phones/smartphones, a Motorola Droid X prior to getting this S4. The Droid X almost never missed. The S4 cannot almost never get it right. The Google search voice is great. Questions:

- Can the S Voice be improved? I've got 'personal recognition' turned on already.

- Can the S voice be disabled and the Google voice used for phone calls?

- Any suggestions to improve the S Voice? I may return the phone. It's my only phone and I use the voice command for calling alot.

I want you to love your device and I am here to help! Let's look into this, do you experience the issue with all contacts? Do you have the problem when the bluetooth is not being used search?

I've had my Galaxy S4 for a week and it's my first smartphone so I'm on a learning curve. I've had a lot of trouble with SVoice recognizing my words too. I just found "personal recognition" tonight and have not had the chance to set it up yet. I'm looking into other voice assistants, such as "Robin", to see if it will recognize, and learn, my voice better.
