My phone worked fine this morning. This afternoon I discovered I can't make calls or recieve calls. It looks like it is going to place the call and then hangs up at 6 seconds. I tried restarting and restarting in safe mode with no change.
Katelin425, being able to use the service is certainly an accurate gauge of the quality. Lets get that resolved. If it's only been ongoing a short time it should make it easier to get resolved. Where are you currently having this occur? Having the same problem. Have had intermittent, escalating trouble sending texts over the last few days. Today I am alternating between 1x and no service at all. Restarting has no effect. Galaxy S4

Let's get your messages flowing. I personlly rely on my text messages for my daily communication and would be lost if I had trouble with my messages. Let's work together to get this trouble resolved. 02818. When I have no service, I have no data or calls. Chronic "unable to download" message or "message will send when service is available".
RIght now things are working but I don't know how long that will last. I have seen that others are having the same problem, especially since latest update.
