S5 Microphone

I am on my second S5 and both have had the same issue. The person on the other end of my phone call can not hear me. I know the issue is with the microphone. The other day when speaking with my father, he complained that my voice kept cutting out. After connecting to my cars bluetooth, we were able to complete our conversation. I don't have a case on the phone so I know that's not the issue. I activated my new S5 four days ago and I am running into the same issue. This is really annoying!!!

Providing you with superior service is the number one priority here at Verizon Wireless. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your phone but we will work to get this resolved for you. Do you notice the same issue happening when you are using speakerphone on your device? Is there anything that is happening with the device right before you notice this issue on the phone?

I don't really use my speakerphone so I cant really say that whether or not I run into the same issue. Also, there isn't anything that happens with the device right before I notice this issue. The problem just comes up.

I purchased a new S6 and is having the same issue. I talk for a few minutes and the person on the other end can't hear me. I can hear them clearly. They said it appears as if the phone call dropped. So, I replaced the S6 with another phone and it is still having the same issue. I use my phone for business and it's driving my crazy. If anybody have a fix for this issue, please.. please help.
