S5 Network Connection

My phone loses network connection, the date and time is thrown WAYYYYY off ie: December 16th 4:21 AM when it's actually May 11th 2:11 PM, and my messages don't send through nor do I receive them during this.

Restarting the phone only temporarily fixes the issue and replacing the SIM card has not solved the issue either.
