After the recent software update my S5 will on longer connect to my laptop. Finds the phone but says it can't find the driver. Worked fine before. Suggestions? Thanks.
We want to be sure your device is working the way it should Lar59. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. To clarify, are you attempting to connect your phone to your laptop to trasnfer information or are you trying to use your phone as a hotspot to connect to the Internet on your laptop? Are you able to connect to other devices with your phone?
