I just received a new S5. How do you make the S5 a hotspot? I don't see an app installed on the phone like was on my old Samsung. What's the preferred or best app I should download?
I have an S5. japetty's right, tho the labels are slightly different.
Settings, More networks, Mobile Hotspot.
I don't have the S5 but with the S4 I do this "Settings", "Connection", "More Connections", "Mobile Hotspot" switch from "off" to "on" That screen should give you a "configure" which will let you set up the hotspot and let you change the type of connection and password you want to use with your tablet or computer.
