I am unable to download the new marshmallow update. It says download unsuccesful. I already tried ot restart my phone in safe mode. I even did a facotry reset and same issue. Error code 411. What is going on?!
BriBri07, I'd be just as concerned with an update error as well. Let's help get your phone up to date. Since you last attempted the update, have you tried to update the S6 Edge since then?
