Just wanted to put this out there, in case it happened to anyone else. I got my S6 Edge about a week ago and last night, right after a call interrupting my data usage (WHY can't we do both at the same time??), my phone kept giving me messages saying it was overheating and needed to power down apps and eventually, the whole phone even though it was not warm to the touch AT ALL. 3 long hours in the Verizon store, on the phone with Verizon and Samsung tech and no one had any clue why the phone was giving this error message nor could get the phone to function. I had to get a replacement phone today and they are sending my old Edge in to Samsung for testing. SUPER frustrating! This is my 3rd Samsung phone and never had a problem like this before. Also, be sure you know every password to access your phone, especially your Samsung account ID and password because if your device fails and Verizon service or you does a hard factory reset, no one, I mean, NO ONE can access your phone for you. I had no idea so was locked out of my phone until I could figure it out. I hope this helps someone!

Activate Advanced Calling and you should be able to do both voice and data at the same time when you have 4G service.
