My s6 would sometimes not want to go into fast charge mode now it want at all. Taking 5 hours to charge. Charger and cord works on friends phone, I have fast charge turned on, did a cache reset... still nothing.....anyone know if its the battery????
I'm so sorry to hear you are having charging issues. Let's look into this together. Is there any damage to your device or charger? Do your friend's charger work with your device?

No damage. Using a original fast charge coard and power supply. Tried friends..no fast charge.....but theirs worked as fast charge on their phones?
I have an S7 that stopped fast charging. Thinking it was the charger, I tried a new one at Best Buy and it didn't work. The phone hasn't been damaged, no contact with water, etc. Anyone have any ideas? Tech Coach says it's the phone, could be software or hardware.
We want to make sure that your phone is working correctly at all times, we'll be glad to look into this for you. Are you receiving any error messages when you try to charge it? Are you able to fast charge any other devices with the chargers being used?

unplug it a few times 'til it shows fast charge.
