I can't get 4glte but hubs s5 does. I have restarted and that doesn't fix it.
We always want you to get the best signal possible Sheridkb. This is certainly strange! Let's get to the bottom of this for you. Has your S6 ever shown 4G? Does this only happen at a certain location or does this happen everywhere? What signal is your phone showing?

I Have 3G now. My husband'S S5 has 4g. I have had 4g in the past.
Sheridkb, we want you to get the 4g service whenever possible. How long has it been since you notice that you are getting 3g service? Is this happening everywhere or at a specific locations?
