Edit, the update was released for the S6 and S6 Edge not the S6 Edge+ model.

I was told that they wound not ever be a update for wireless calling. they report it as end of life product. what a waste of dollars (700+ dollars). I needed wireless calling. I am sure it will be the last phone to get a marshmallow update. Poor business, I have big bucks in a phone that they offer 230.00 for after 6 months. Have to get upgrade for wireless calling. Now slow on update. Steering away after many years supporting. Good bye Verizon.
Samsung made that call, not Verizon Wireless.
