I got my new S6 in the mail today and it won't activate. It just stays on the activation screen and acts like it's working but nothing happens...
Have you accepted the Terms and Conditions yet via email or by calling the number? I had the same problem with a HTC One M8 I ordered last year. Make sure your old phone is powered off of course or that might cause issues. Call customer support if needed, at times a factory reset can fix the loop it's in.
