S7 Edge Vibration stopped working

All of the sudden about 5 days ago, my phone stopped vibrating. I have tried rebooting, checking all of the settings, and other basic troubleshooting steps. I only noticed it after the last software update. Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We know how troublesome it can be when your phone is not working the way you need it to, and we want to help resolve this. It sounds like you've already taken many steps to resolve this issue. I've done a bit of research on this, and I am not finding any other cases of this happening, so it is probably just a software anomaly. I would recommend creating a backup of your phone using a computer and then completing a factory data reset on it. This is sometimes necessary after an OS update to fix new issues. To complete the backup & reset, please use Samsung's Smart Switch software, which you can find here: http://bit.ly/29tbqWQ After your reset has been completed, you can restore your content.
